1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mPos Ghana’s products, services, and features. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue using the service.
2. Free Version & Free Trial
All customers have access to the Free Version of mPos Ghana with limited features.
A free trial of the Premium Subscription is offered for a limited time, after which a paid plan is required.
The free trial duration will be disclosed during signup.
3. Premium Subscription & Payments
Premium plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Accepted payment methods include:
Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo)
Bank Transfer
Paystack (card and online payments)
Premium subscriptions after the free trial are non-refundable, including partial months or unused subscription periods.
4. Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.
Upon cancellation, Premium features remain active until the end of the paid period, after which your account will revert to the Free Version.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
mPos Ghana may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service but may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
mPos Ghana is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
7. Data Security & Privacy
All customer data remains the property of the subscriber.
We apply robust security measures in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and will notify users of any significant changes before they take effect.
